The idea behind this blog is to answer real computer questions from real people.

I am a real person - I have tech knowledge, but I DO understand that everyone doesn't have time for all of that 'technical mumbo-jumbo' when people have a computer problem, they just want to fix it & keep doing what they want to do.

Now don't get me wrong - in some cases names of things only SOUND technical, but they really are not & I will try my best to help you (with a little help and/or translation where necessary) from all of those technie-experts on the net.
